FOMO: The Tech News Game

FOMO turns tech news into a game. When a major story breaks in tech, AI, or startups, you get one push — and one shot at a quiz question about it. Open the question and the clock starts: 15 seconds, four choices, no second chances. Answer fast, build streaks, climb the leaderboard. Then read the brief: a short, sharp, slightly sarcastic take on what happened and why it actually matters. HOW IT WORKS - Breaking news drops → you get a push - One shot, four choices, 15 seconds on the clock - Jump in within 5 minutes of the drop for the x10 live bonus - Points for being right, bonuses for being fast, streaks for being consistent - Then the FOMO Brief: what happened, why it matters, the cynical read, and what to watch next CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS Share any question as a link your friends can play instantly — right from the message, no download needed. They answer, they see how everyone else did, and then they have to live with their score. Nothing recruits like losing to a friend. THE 7-DAY RACE The leaderboard only counts your last 7 days. Nobody sits on a lead — skip a few days and you slide, play sharp for a week and you can top the board. NO NOISE No feed. No doomscrolling. No ads. Just the stories that matter, a few times a day, curated by humans with opinions. FOMO is free. The only thing at stake is knowing what matters before everyone else — and proving it. Made for studends, founders, engineers, investors, and anyone who refuses to be the last to know.
