BoardMoa is not a new bulletin-board service. It is an app that works like a dedicated browser for the boards of websites that associations, societies and clubs already run (XE, Rhymix, XE3, WordPress, Gnuboard). Posts and member accounts stay on each website, and each website's operator manages posts, members and reports.
