Sauna Flip Timer

Sauna Flip Timer keeps track of your sauna and rest rounds, so you don't have to. Set how long you stay in the sauna, how long you rest, and how many rounds you want. Then just turn your phone sideways – a 10-second shuffle gives you time to sit down, and the timer starts. CALM BY DESIGN • Big split-flap digits you can read from across the room • The display changes every 10 seconds instead of every second, and only counts the last 30 seconds one by one • A ring of dots around the screen shows how much of the current phase is left • No sounds, no vibrations, no notifications – nothing to disturb the quiet ALWAYS IN VIEW • The Dynamic Island shows the time left in your sauna or rest, even with the phone locked • The lock screen shows the time left in the whole session and when each phase ends • Pause and resume with a tap; add or take off 30 seconds while paused YOUR HISTORY • Every session is saved with its date, duration and rounds • Log a session to Apple Health as a Mind & Body workout – pauses included correctly • Delete sessions any time, here and in Apple Health PRIVATE Sauna Flip Timer has no account, no tracking and no analytics. Your sessions stay on your iPhone; workouts go only to your own Apple Health, and only when you choose to log them. Sauna Flip Timer is a timer, not medical advice.
