Word Count Notes: Word Counter

Write, count, and keep moving. Word Count Notes is a simple writing app that shows word and character counts as you type. Use it for essays, college applications, reports, stories, speeches, social media posts, captions, AI prompts, or any text with a length limit. WHAT YOU GET • Live word and character counts, with or without spaces • A simple, distraction-free editor • Multiple notes for different drafts • Fonts, text sizes, and color themes • Face ID and Touch ID app lock • Local backups and ZIP export of all your notes • PDF creation, saving pages as images, and printing • Text-to-speech playback • Dark mode Your notes are saved only on your device (there is no cloud sync). Local backups keep earlier versions you can look back at, and ZIP export lets you keep a copy elsewhere. Open the app and start writing in seconds. No account or setup is needed. Available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
