ShiftWell for Shift Workers

ShiftWell is an app for people who work shifts: nurses, care aides, paramedics, firefighters, police, unit clerks, and anyone whose schedule changes from week to week. I'm a nurse. I built ShiftWell because my rotation lived in one place, my pay in another, and shift trades happened in group texts. ShiftWell puts those in one app and helps you look after yourself on the days in between. YOUR SCHEDULE Enter your rotation once and ShiftWell fills in your calendar. Change single days, add extra shifts, mark sick and vacation days, and add your own events. Stat holidays and pay days show right on the calendar. The calendar and rotation builder are free. TRADE SHIFTS WITH YOUR UNIT Post a shift you want to give away, offer one of yours, and agree on a trade in the app. You both sign the trade request form on your phone, and ShiftWell makes a PDF ready for your manager. You get a notification when someone sends you a request or makes an offer. PLAN WITH YOUR GROUP Join your unit or a group of friends and see when everyone is off. ShiftWell finds the times that work for the most people. Group members see your first name, username and free time. They never see your notes or your pay. Every group has report, block and remove tools. PAY See an estimate for each pay period, shift by shift, with night, weekend and stat premiums and overtime. If part of a shift was paid differently, split it into pay blocks. The BCNU wage grid and VCH pay dates are built in, and you can enter your own rates if you work somewhere else. These are estimates, so always check them against your pay stub. CHECK INS AND RECOVERY A short check in after each shift covers sleep, energy and stress, and it adjusts to the kind of day you had. You can get a reminder after each shift if you want one. Your readiness score and streaks show how you're doing over time. If you turn on AI features, you also get daily suggestions based on your own check ins. You can turn them off whenever you like. ALSO INCLUDED A certification tracker for BCLS and other renewals, leave bank tracking, dark and light themes, and Sign in with Apple. ShiftWell Core unlocks the extra features, including shift trades, the pay calculator and AI insights, with a one-time purchase. New accounts can try Core free for 7 days. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. ShiftWell is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by BCNU, Vancouver Coastal Health or any employer.
