LAMA Care SW

LAMA was built on the foundation of real-world experience running an NDIS disability services business. At LAMA Solutions Group, we recognised that many existing software platforms did not fully meet the specific operational needs of NDIS providers. That’s why we created LAMA Care — an intuitive, easy-to-use care management system designed to simplify daily operations for support workers and service providers. With the LAMA Care Support Worker App, you can: - Access and manage your roster - Request available shifts - View past and upcoming shifts - Access client profiles for assigned participants - Clock in and out of shifts effortlessly - Complete shift notes, reports, and timesheets - Submit leave applications directly - Record incidents quickly and accurately - View alerts and updates on your mobile dashboard LAMA Care gives you everything you need to stay organised, compliant, and connected — all in one place. Designed for NDIS support workers, providers, and teams who value simplicity, compliance, and efficiency.
