once here

Your photos remember where you have been. once here brings those places together on one personal travel map. FROM PHOTOS TO FOOTPRINTS Allow access to all or selected photos, then tap Create to discover your visited countries and regions. Photos need saved capture locations. No manual check-ins or live location tracking. FROM MAP TO GLOBE Bright countries have recorded photo footprints; darker places await your next trip. Keep pinching out beyond the map’s minimum zoom to reveal a globe, then zoom in to return. Turn on Photos to explore images by their capture locations. RETURN TO A MEMORY Tap a visited country to see its regions and photos. My Footprints pairs a world overview with a searchable country list. Open a country, then choose a region or All Photos to revisit the journey. SHARE YOUR WORLD Create a simple footprint card to save or share through the system share sheet. The card shows your travels without including photos, dates or precise capture coordinates. KEEP YOUR FOOTPRINTS UP TO DATE Choose Update Footprints in Settings when your library grows. A starry globe and progress bar accompany the scan before returning you to the map. Exclude photos from your footprints and restore them later without changing the originals. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, ads or tracking. Scanning, footprint statistics and place matching happen on your iPhone. Your photos and footprint records are not uploaded. You control Photos access and can delete the app’s local data without deleting your system photos. Map detail loads over the internet from OpenFreeMap. The map provider receives your IP address and requested map areas, but not your photos or footprint records. Photo previews load local images first. Only tapping Load from iCloud allows system Photos to download the current photo. Available in English and Simplified Chinese. Map boundaries organize personal travel memories; they are not intended for navigation, surveying or legal boundary information.
