Depression: Mental Health

Out of energy, feeling at your lowest, and even the smallest things take effort? This app was made for you, for exactly those moments. Depression helps you get back on your feet, at your own pace. No magic promises: simple, gentle tools, and a presence that never judges you. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF IN 2 MINUTES The PHQ-9 questionnaire, in 9 questions. You see your result right away, with clear explanations and pointers on who to turn to. Retake it whenever you like to see how things change. KOLO, AN AI THAT LISTENS Need to talk, even in the middle of the night? Kolo is a supportive artificial intelligence. Kolo listens without judging, helps you put your feelings into words and suggests an exercise at the right moment. WHEN ANXIETY TAKES OVER Breathing, grounding, muscle relaxation, thought clouds, immediate help during a panic attack: short, guided, animated exercises to calm your body and mind. A PROGRAM, STEP BY STEP Short sessions to understand what's going on, break the vicious circle that drags you down and slowly get back to the things that do you good, at your own pace. YOUR MOOD, DAY BY DAY Log your mood in one tap. Your calendar and monthly chart show how far you've come, and the app spots what seems to help you: going out, seeing people, sleeping well. WRITE TO LIGHTEN THE LOAD The jar of good moments, to hold on to the little things that make you feel good. A thought journal, step by step, to untangle a thought that weighs on you. And your kit for the hard days. HELP, ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY A life ring that's always in sight: your country's support lines, your trusted contacts and your safety plan. Crisis help, the test and mood tracking are free, and always will be. The full programme, every exercise and unlimited Kolo are part of the Premium subscription (monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan). MADE TO BE UNINSTALLED We're not trying to keep you here. We want you to feel better, and then not need us anymore. YOUR PRIVACY FIRST Your journal, your moods and your results stay encrypted on your phone, locked with Face ID or a passcode. Only your messages to Kolo, plus a few technical details (crashes, subscription), leave your phone. No ads. Depression is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor or a psychologist. Kolo is an AI and can make mistakes. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
