Outframe: Video to Vector

Video in. Animation out. Outframe turns a short video into a clean vector animation you can edit, recolor and drop straight into your app, website or design file. Record a clip, pick an AI-generated video, or start from a photo, and Outframe traces every frame into crisp, scalable shapes, like rotoscoping without the hours of work. Made for designers animating mascots and characters, and for app developers who want a lightweight Lottie file instead of a heavy video. EVERY COLOR, ITS OWN LAYER Outframe splits your animation into layers by color. Tap any shape or layer to recolor it and match your brand in seconds. EXPORT THE FORMAT YOU NEED • Lottie (JSON) for iOS, Android, web and React Native apps • SVG for websites and design tools • MOV with a transparent background • MP4 for sharing anywhere • GIF for chats, docs and READMEs • PNG frames Convert MP4 to Lottie, video to SVG, GIF to Lottie and video to GIF, all in one app. TRIM IT. SPEED IT UP. Choose the part of your clip you want, set the playback speed, and fine-tune the trace before you export. GREAT FOR • Animated mascots and characters • Logo animations and animated icons • Loading animations and app onboarding • Turning AI video into lightweight vector motion • 2D animation loops for social posts PRIVATE BY DESIGN Videos are traced on your iPhone or iPad. Outframe has no account, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and nothing is uploaded. Works on iPhone and iPad. Clips can be up to 10 seconds long. Questions or ideas? Email [email protected].
