We Quit!

We Quit! helps you leave a habit behind one day at a time, with a small friend growing beside you. MEET SPRIG Every habit you quit plants a seed called Sprig. Stay free and it grows: Sprout at one week, Schoolkid at a month, then Graduate, Grown-up, Elder and finally Grandsprig after two years. Each new stage gets its own celebration. EARN SUNSHINE Every day free earns sunshine, with bonuses at 7, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days. Spend it in the Sunshine shop on glasses, buddies like a ladybug or a bee, and places for Sprig to live: a meadow, a greenhouse, a beach or a starry night. Sunshine is earned, never sold. SEE WHAT YOU'VE WON BACK Days free, money saved and hours reclaimed, updated in real time for every habit and in total. A SLIP ISN'T THE END If you slip, Sprig goes back to a seed and the streak starts again. Your total days and the money you saved stay. Plant again whenever you're ready. MILESTONE ALERTS Set reminders for the goals that matter to you: 30 days, $100 saved, 24 hours back. SHARE YOUR PROGRESS Make a share card with your Sprigs on their scene or your own photo. Show the summary, or switch on details for every habit. PROGRESS PHOTOS Take a picture at any point in your streak and look back at the change. FREE AND PREMIUM Start free with up to 2 habits and yearly milestone alerts. Premium unlocks unlimited habits, custom alerts, streak resets and removes ads.
