Clinic Attendance Pro

Attendance Pro is a simple, secure way for teams to track work hours and attendance — no paper sign-in sheets, no guesswork about who's actually on-site. HOW IT WORKS Employees log in with credentials provided by their employer, then tap Clock In to start their shift and Clock Out to end it. Each entry is verified using the device's GPS location at the moment it's recorded, so attendance reflects where the employee actually was, not just a timestamp. KEY FEATURES • GPS-verified clock in and clock out Every attendance entry is tied to a real location check, giving employers confidence that time records are accurate. • Attendance history Employees can review their own past clock-in and clock-out records at any time, with dates and times clearly laid out. • Manager overview Managers with the right permissions can view a team-level summary, who's currently clocked in, who's late, and an overview of the wider team's attendance status. • One device per account For security and accountability, each account can only be active on one device at a time, preventing one employee from clocking in on behalf of another. • Encrypted connection All data is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection between the app and our servers. WHO IT'S FOR Attendance Pro is built for organizations, clinics, schools, hospitals, and other teams, that need a straightforward, mobile-first way to track employee attendance without expensive hardware like badge scanners or biometric terminals. Accounts are set up by your organization's admin team once you become a client, so access stays limited to your organization's actual staff. Attendance Pro is offered by AJJI Tech Systems as a subscription service to businesses that want to modernize how they track staff attendance.
