Maizon

Maizon is the living record of your home: what's in it, how to look after it, and everything that has happened to it. You build it by taking photos, not by filling in forms. TAKE A PHOTO, MAIZON DOES THE REST Snap the label on your furnace, dryer, fridge or TV, then the item itself. Maizon works out the brand, model and serial number, finds the owner's manual, and sets up the care that item actually needs. No typing model numbers off a dusty sticker. KNOW WHAT YOU OWN Every item in your home, room by room, with its manual, warranty and purchase date in one place. Add a receipt and Maizon reads the date for you, then counts down to when the warranty ends. Add more photos of any item whenever you like, such as the serial plate, a dent or the install, and choose which one leads. KEEP IT RUNNING Reminders that come from what each thing is: change the furnace filter, clean the dryer vent, vacuum the fridge coils. Mark them done, snooze them, turn off the ones that don't fit your unit, or add your own. Change what an item is and its reminders change with it. Maizon tells you what needs attention — and when you're all caught up. PROTECT ITS VALUE Items are never quietly lost. When you replace the water heater, the old one and the new one stay connected in your home's history. A looked-after home is easier to live in and easier to sell. A HOME THAT ALREADY KNOWS ITSELF Bought from a realtor who uses Maizon? Your home may arrive ready, with its items, manuals and care schedule already set up. Sign in with the phone number they texted, and it's yours. WALK IT ROOM BY ROOM A gentle walkthrough suggests what's usually in each room. Do a little or a lot; partial is fine, and you can pick up where you left off. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Delete your account and your home's data from Settings at any time. Maizon is free to use, with 10 photo scans a month. Typing items in, reminders and manuals are always free, and homes handed over by a realtor or other sponsor come with unlimited scans.
