ProTrak App is a workforce management tool built for field sales promoters and their managers. Mark attendance with GPS-verified check-in, log daily stock and sales activity, and keep an accurate record of every shift — all from a single app. KEY FEATURES • GPS-verified check-in and check-out Confirm your presence at the right location every working day. Your check-in is timestamped and tagged with an address resolved from your coordinates. • Live location updates while on duty Once checked in, the app sends periodic location pings to keep your activity record accurate throughout your shift. Updates pause automatically when you check out. • Daily sales activity logging Record stock received and sales made against categories, products, and competitors set up by your organisation. WHO IT'S FOR ProTrak App is designed for sales promoters, field staff, and merchandisers whose work happens away from a desk, and for the supervisors who need accurate attendance and sales information from them. PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR • Location (When In Use and Always): used to verify check-in / check-out, log the place of work, and send periodic location pings while you are on duty. Location data is only collected while you are checked in. You can stop sharing your location at any time by checking out or revoking permission in iOS Settings. • Notifications: used to deliver service messages and reminders from your organisation. ProTrak App requires an organisational account issued by your employer.
