SkarvPodd is a podcast player that finds the ad breaks before you press play, then skips them while you listen and the episode stays exactly as the show published it. Our first beta tester skipped nine hours of ads in two months. SKIP PODCAST ADS AUTOMATICALLY • Ad breaks are found ahead of time and skipped as you listen. • Every skipped break is marked on the timeline. Tap it to see the sponsor and offer, or play the ad if you want to hear it. • Discount codes and offers are collected in one place, so the one you actually want is easy to find. • Confirm, dismiss or adjust any finding yourself. Detection can make mistakes, so you always have the final say. FAIR TO THE SHOWS SkarvPodd never edits an episode. It always play the original file, with every ad still there and simply jumps ahead when a break starts. Just like your thumb would, only smoother. READ, SEARCH AND SUMMARIES With Pro, SkarvPodd can do more with every episode. • Transcripts let you read along, search everything said across your library and jump straight to the right moment. • Summaries tell you what an episode is about before you listen. • Chapters divide episodes by subject using the transcript. MAKE IT YOURS Panel theme is free. Pro adds Liquid Glass, Tide, a sea that swells with the sound, and Dusk, a sky that follows the clock. Each comes in light and dark, with matching app icons. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Speech is turned into text on your iPhone. Ad breaks are found with Apple Intelligence, on your iPhone or in Apple's Private Cloud Compute. There is no account, no sign up and no ad tracking, and nothing is shared with other listeners. With Pro, you can instead use Claude or OpenAI with your own API key, billed by Anthropic or OpenAI. Anonymous usage statistics can be turned off in Settings. SKARVPODD PRO The player is free, including ad skipping in two episodes a week. Pro adds ad skipping in every episode, automatic preparation of new episodes from your automatic shows, transcripts and search, summaries, chapters, extra themes and app icons, full statistics, and Claude or OpenAI support with your own key. Pro is a monthly subscription with a two week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, or when you confirm the purchase if you have already used the trial. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. REQUIREMENTS iOS 26.5 or later. Ad detection uses Apple Intelligence, which requires an iPhone 15 Pro or later with Apple Intelligence turned on. SkarvPodd works best on iOS 27, where Apple's cloud can read long stretches of an episode at a time, free and without an account. On other iPhones, ad detection requires Pro and your own Claude or OpenAI key. Thorough transcription downloads a speech model once. Processing time and accuracy vary by episode, language and model.
