Stall Kit

StallKit — your market stall companion StallKit is the pocket companion for makers who sell at craft fairs, markets and pop-ups. Log every sale in a tap, see your real takings and profit at a glance, and turn up to each event fully prepped — all from your phone, all kept on your device. Whether it's your first market or your fiftieth, StallKit handles the admin so you can focus on your craft and your customers. No spreadsheets, no scraps of paper, no working it all out on the drive home. SELL FAST, EVEN WHEN IT'S BUSY A big, tappable quick-sale grid of your nine bestsellers means you're never fumbling mid-queue. Take cash, card or bank transfer, apply a discount, and ring up a whole basket in seconds — even with cold hands and a line of customers waiting. Made a mistake? Undo a sale instantly. KNOW YOUR REAL NUMBERS StallKit shows takings, costs and genuine profit for every event — not rough guesses scribbled at the end of the day. Factor in your stall fee, see your margins, and learn which products actually earn their place on the table. Walk away from each market knowing exactly how it went. PREP WITH CONFIDENCE Every event gets a smart checklist covering stall setup, stock, payments, admin and the personal bits — so the gazebo, the float, the card reader and the flask never get left at home again. Tick things off as you pack, and arrive ready. LEARN FROM EVERY MARKET Close out each event with a quick wrap-up: how busy it was, your bestseller, what to pack more of and what to leave behind next time. Over a season, those notes turn into real instinct for which markets are worth your weekend. KEEP EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Manage your product catalogue and prices, plan upcoming events, and track stock counts per market. Your whole maker business, tidy and to hand — no more hunting through notes apps and group chats. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS StallKit works fully offline and stores everything on your device. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no tracking. Export your sales, events and products to CSV whenever you like — for your accounts, your tax return, a backup, or simply to keep. WHO IT'S FOR Candle makers, soap makers, printmakers, potters, jewellers, bakers, illustrators — anyone who packs a table and sells face to face. If you do markets, fairs, pop-ups or car-boot stalls, StallKit was built for your kind of day. Pack up, set up, sell out. StallKit keeps your market days running smoothly so you can do what you do best.
