Zero Mission Guide

Zero Mission Guide puts your firm's approved way of doing things on your phone, so you can get your firm's answer in seconds, even with no signal. Ask the way you'd ask a colleague: "I just got forty incidents, what do I do first?" or "the buyer's inspection deadline is tomorrow and they've gone quiet." The guide answers with your firm's own process, in your firm's words. VERIFIED, AND MARKED THAT WAY Every answer from your firm's guide carries a green "From your firm's guide" mark and appears exactly as your firm approved it. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, follow-up questions are worked out on the phone: the app shows which of your firm's answers apply, word for word, and anything the AI adds is shown separately and labeled as AI inference. You always know what's verified and what isn't. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Your firm's guide lives on your phone. Questions it can answer are answered on the phone and never sent anywhere. It updates itself when you're online. KNOWS WHAT'S NOT YOURS TO DECIDE Each answer says who decides. Questions about what the law, a contract or a regulator requires go to the person your firm names, not to a guess. GETS BETTER EVERY MONTH Questions the guide can't answer go to your firm's list, so the next person finds the answer the last one had to ask for. TALK IT THROUGH IN YOUR OWN ASSISTANT One tap hands your question and your firm's answer, with its rules, to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, so you can think it through in the assistant you already use. TRY IT WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Choose "Try a demo firm" to load a sample guide for a brokerage or a managed-services team and ask it anything. YOUR OWN FOLDER, ON YOUR PHONE Choose one folder of your own documents, such as a folder in iCloud Drive: PDF, Word, text or Markdown. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, the app answers your questions from them, names the file each answer came from, and shows the passage so you can check it with your own eyes. Answers from your own files are labeled as yours, never as a firm's verified guide. Nothing from the folder leaves your phone, and no account is needed. FOR TEAMS OF TEN TO A HUNDRED Zero Mission Guide is for independent expert firms: real estate brokerages, law firms, financial advisors and professional-services firms, including their independent contractors. Accounts come from your firm's invitation. Your firm's records stay in your firm's systems; the guide holds how your firm works, never its clients' details. No ads. No third-party tracking.
