Pack: Archive Manager

Pack is the missing archive app for iPhone and iPad. Open archives directly from Files or the share sheet, or simply drop them onto Pack. Browse folders, search entries, preview supported files, and extract everything—or only the items you select. Widgets and Spotlight keep recent archives within easy reach. OPEN AND PREVIEW Open and extract ZIP, 7Z, RAR, TAR, TAR.GZ, TAR.BZ2, TAR.XZ, GZIP, BZIP2, XZ, ISO, CAB, RPM, DEB, LZH, CPIO, XAR, LZMA, LZIP, CPGZ, and PAX archives, including password-protected ZIP, 7Z, and RAR archives. Preview text, images, PDFs, and file details without unpacking everything first. Verify Archive tests every file for damage before you rely on it. Archives with more than 20,000 items are too large to browse, but Extract All still unpacks them in one go. CREATE ON IPHONE AND IPAD Create ZIP, TAR, and TAR.GZ archives for free from files, folders, or photos. Choose the compression level and archive name, then save or share the result. When you add a password, confirm it or generate a strong one. Pack Pro adds: • 7Z, TAR.BZ2, TAR.XZ, GZIP, BZIP2, and XZ creation • AES-256 password protection for newly created ZIP archives • Split-volume archives for easier storage and sharing • Archive editing: add, rename, and delete files inside existing ZIP, 7Z, and TAR archives without re-creating them MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD • Drag and drop: drop files to create an archive, drop an archive to open it, and drag items out to Files or other apps • Long tasks keep running in the background, and Pack can notify you when they finish • Shortcuts actions: Compress Files, Extract Archive, Verify Archive, and List Archive Contents • Handoff picks up an archive from iCloud Drive where you left off on your Mac • Password AutoFill when you unlock an archive • A touch-first workflow that adapts to iPhone and iPad SMART, PRIVATE, LOCAL On supported Apple Intelligence devices, Pack can suggest an archive name using Apple's on-device language model; photos and videos are named by date. No Pack account is required. Pack includes no analytics or tracking and never uploads your archives. RAR is supported for opening and extraction, including encrypted RAR4 and RAR5 archives. Pack does not create RAR archives. SUBSCRIPTIONS Pack Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
