Nova is the mobile assistant for existing M51 customers. With Nova on iPhone, you can continue working while away from your desk without losing customer context or visibility. CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION Message Nova, follow work that takes time, and return to earlier conversations. Nova can notify you when an answer finishes while the app is in the background. WORK IN THE CORRECT CUSTOMER CONTEXT Switch between customers you are authorized to access, with conversations, drafts, and pending work kept separate for the selected customer. REVIEW PENDING ACTIONS See actions that need human review. Check the customer, platform, and consequence before approving or rejecting. Nova does not execute a pending action without explicit approval. BUILT FOR CUSTOMER WORK Attach supported images and documents, use dictation when appropriate, and continue after network changes or interruptions. SECURITY AND PRIVACY Nova protects customer data through authentication, customer isolation, generic notifications, and a neutral privacy cover in the app switcher. An active M51 account is required. Accounts, subscriptions, and integrations are managed outside the app. Nova does not offer registration, trials, or in-app purchases.
