Fleetmate Mobile

FleetMate is the on-the-road companion for tyre and fleet service technicians. Raise a job, complete a vehicle inspection, capture photos and submit it from the roadside, the yard or the workshop, whether or not you have signal. Built for real field conditions. Your customer, vehicle and product data is downloaded to the device up front, so the app stays fast and fully usable when the connection drops. Everything you log while offline is queued safely and syncs automatically the moment you are back online. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Raise commercial service jobs in seconds, with the vehicle, customer and products already at your fingertips. - Complete vehicle inspection reports (VIRs), recording tread depth and condition wheel by wheel. - Look up a vehicle by registration, with plate-style entry and quick autocomplete. - Attach photos to any job or inspection as proof of work. - Save drafts and pick up exactly where you left off, even after closing the app. - See your open tasks and the work assigned to you, with overdue items flagged. - Track every job through to completion with live status updates from the office. - Review your recent jobs and inspections, and act on anything an approver has sent back. WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS AUTOMATICALLY No signal is not a problem. FleetMate holds your data on the device and keeps a clear record of anything waiting to sync. Pull to refresh when you want the latest, or let the app sync in the background each day. You always know when you were last up to date and how many items are still to send. FAST AND MADE FOR THE JOB FleetMate is designed to be tapped through with gloves on and a job to finish. Big, clear actions, a light and dark theme that follows your device, and a layout that puts today's work first. No clutter, no training required. FOR FLEET AND TYRE SERVICE TEAMS FleetMate connects your field technicians to your back office. Jobs and inspections raised on the device flow straight through for review and approval, so paperwork keeps up with the work instead of piling up at the end of the day. An active FleetMate account is required to use this app. Please contact your administrator if you need access.
