DAILY ACTIVITY REPORT (DAR) — iPad Document behavior and participation across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts: - Rate each shift: Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, or Patient Ill - Score involvement across 12 categories, including hygiene, communication, and general behavior - Record therapeutic activities: relapse prevention, yoga, art therapy, fitness, and more - Capture clinician and patient signatures with Apple Pencil or finger - Export reports as PDFs and view past reports for any date MORE ON iPad - New patient onboarding: scan the driver's license and insurance card, capture signatures, and complete consent forms - Care plans: review and manage each patient's care plans and assigned care services - Medication packets: track packaged medication dispensing with an audit trail for each patient PATIENT LOOKUP & ACCESS CONTROL Find any patient by name or identifier and open their record after Face ID or passcode confirmation.
