Khedma is a delivery and personal shopping app. Need something picked up from the mall? Want a package dropped off across town? Khedma connects you with nearby drivers who handle it for you. You can either have a driver shop on your behalf or hand off something you already have for delivery. Either way, you see the full price breakdown before you confirm — item cost, service fee, delivery fee, and any discounts. Pay with cash, card, or your Khedma wallet. Once your order is live, you can track your driver in real time, get status updates via push notifications, and reach them directly through call or WhatsApp. The app keeps your saved addresses, full order history, and spending reports you can filter by date. If something goes wrong, you can open a support ticket right from the app with image attachments. For drivers, there's built-in Google Navigation, background location tracking, an earnings dashboard, payout requests, and a simple online/offline toggle. Supervisors get a real-time map to manage drivers and orders — assign deliveries, track locations, handle tickets, and monitor performance from one screen. Everything works in English and Arabic with full RTL support. Dark mode, push notifications, and Firebase authentication are all baked in.
