Steady Tasks: Breakdown AI

When your brain sees "clean the kitchen" and freezes, you need more than a to-do list. Steady Tasks uses AI to turn any vague, overwhelming task into a clear sequence of micro-steps you can actually start. Designed for ADHD and autistic adults who live with executive dysfunction, Steady Tasks bridges the gap between "I know I need to do it" and "I am doing step one." AI-Powered Task Breakdown Speak or type any task and Steady Tasks generates a personalized sequence of micro-steps matched to your current overwhelm level. Adjustable depth means you get as much detail as you need — nothing more, nothing less. Voice-First Capture When you are already overwhelmed, typing is too much. Tap and speak — Steady Tasks transcribes and breaks down your task hands-free, without requiring you to type a single word. Native Reminders and Calendar Sync Every micro-step can be sent directly to Apple Reminders or your Calendar with one tap. No copy-paste, no friction between the plan and the doing. Tone That Works for You Choose encouraging, neutral, or direct language. The app meets you where you are, not where it expects you to be. Timers, Templates, and Shortcuts Built-in per-step timers keep you moving. Save recurring routines as templates. Trigger any workflow from Siri Shortcuts and auto-activate a Focus mode to protect your work time. Offline and Always Ready Previously generated breakdowns are available offline so you can review and reuse your steps even without a connection. Whether you are a student trying to start an assignment, a professional who cannot begin a project, or a parent managing a household, Steady Tasks removes every friction point between stuck and started.
