TableLink runs your reservations, deposits, waitlist and floor plan from one app. With Local Team Sync set up, your iPads and iPhones keep working together when the internet drops. This is the staff app for restaurants that use TableLink, built for the host stand and the floor. • Reservations from your own booking page and your website, plus phone bookings taken at the stand. Guests can also book through AI assistants that connect to TableLink. Online times come from your real tables, and TableLink picks a table that fits each party. • Deposits or a card on file, only on the bookings you choose, like big parties or holiday nights. The money goes to your own Stripe account. We take nothing from a deposit. Stripe's normal card fee applies. • Local Team Sync keeps service going when the internet drops. An owner or manager sets up each device once, while online. After that, nearby iPads and iPhones share seating and waitlist changes directly, even with the router off. Staff still unlock with their PINs. When the connection comes back, the devices send their work to the cloud. • A waitlist that suggests wait times from your floor right now, the guests already waiting and upcoming reservations. Keep the suggestion or quote your own. • Optional two-way texting for restaurants in the US and Canada. Guests who opt in get booking confirmations and a text when their table is ready, and their replies come to the host stand. • One floor plan on every device. Tap to seat a party, clear a table or combine tables for a big group, and your team sees the change. • Guest profiles fill in from every booking, with each guest's reservation history and no-shows. • Push notifications for new bookings, new waitlist guests and guest texts. • Works on iPad, iPhone and iPhone Duo. Put the free TableLink Kiosk app on a lobby iPad. Guests join your waitlist themselves and can check in for a reservation if you turn that on.
