Description
Feelings often show up in the body before we have words for them. Undercurrents gives you a quiet few minutes to notice both, and to see how they connect over time. A check-in at your own pace • Settle in with a slow, gentle visual focus. • Tap where you feel something on the body map, or listen to a guided body scan, spoken in a calm human voice, and tap as each place is named. • Notice what your breath is doing, with no need to change it. • Name your emotions and how strong they are, with a short description of each, or use your own words. • If you like, note what happened and what your mind made of it. • Before you save, take a second look: anything new in your body, or a feeling you can name now? Collect stars as you go Each check-in counts towards your next star, with a gentle ripple each time one arrives. See your patterns See which emotions come up most, which appear together, where each shows up in your body, and how intensity shifts over time. Tap a point to see what was going on then. Follow how the emotions tied to work, family and other parts of life change month by month. On the feelings grid, older check-ins fade so you can see change over time. Tap any dot to see the day and what was happening. Short activities, only if you want them After a check-in, listen to the guided body scan, try gentle breathing or 4-7-8 breathing with ripples, notice your surroundings, or simply save and go. Support when things feel like too much Support & resources lists crisis lines for your country. Each number is checked on the service's own website, and lines that aren't open all day show whether they're open now. Quick check-ins on Apple Watch Mark body areas, emotions, intensity and breathing with no typing, using the Digital Crown. Open the app from a watch-face complication. Check-ins sync to your iPhone. Works with Apple Health, if you want it Save each check-in to Health as State of Mind, and guided scans and breathing as mindful minutes. It's off until you turn it on, and Undercurrents never reads your health data. Private by design No account, no adverts, no tracking. Your check-ins stay on your devices, and you can export a backup whenever you like. Undercurrents is a tool for self-reflection and general wellbeing, not diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.
