Visitor Connect

Visitor Connect turns an iPad into a reception sign-in kiosk for organisations using Syncro Connect, and for schools using Edu Connect. VISITORS - Sign in as a new visitor, a returning visitor (anyone who visited in the last 14 days finds their name and their details are filled in), a pre-booked visitor (today's bookings, no QR code needed) or with the QR code from their booking email. - Your own questions, set up on the portal: text, yes/no, single and multiple choice, host, photo and signature. - Policy acknowledgements: visitors open your attached document, such as site safety rules or a code of conduct, and confirm "I have read and agree". Agreements can be reused for 14 days so returning visitors are not asked again. - Find the person being visited by typing part of their name. - Photo visitor badges on a network receipt printer: your logo, the visitor's photo and name, who they are visiting and the date. - Visitors sign out from the tablet or by scanning their QR code. STAFF AND PUPILS - Staff sign in and out from the tablet, with an optional PIN. - On Edu Connect, staff and pupils have their own buttons, and a USB card reader signs people in or out with a tap of their card. BUILT FOR A RECEPTION DESK - Works offline: sign-ins are kept on the tablet and sent as soon as the connection returns. - The app's own on-screen keyboard works even with a card reader plugged in. - Pairs to your account with a one-time code; protected settings for pairing, camera, kiosk behaviour and badge printing. Visitor Connect needs a Syncro Connect or Edu Connect account with the Visitors module.
