Enhancements: Device Upgrade Recommendation Users will now see Device Upgrade Recommendation guidance throughout the job journey to help keep equipment compl...Enhancements: Device Upgrade Recommendation Users will now see Device Upgrade Recommendation guidance throughout the job journey to help keep equipment compliance requirements visible and actionable. This includes: An inline banner on the activated device list to reinforce compliance guidance while reviewing selected equipment. An inline banner at the top of the device detail screen to provide contextual direction when viewing device-specific information. A hard or soft stop modal before the sandbox summary page if compliant equipment was not selected from the user’s buffer, helping prevent non-compliant equipment from being added or swapped before job completion. A hard stop at wrap-up if compliance requirements are still not met, helping ensure non-compliant equipment is addressed before the job is closed. XB3 Device Swap Guidance Users will now see guidance on accounts with an active XB3 device to support removal of end-of-life equipment from customer accounts and the network. This includes: A swap recommendation in Tech360 when the customer account has an active XB3 device. A soft stop when attempting to close the work order if the XB3 device has not been swapped. Smart Inventory rules that block XB3 installation on the customer account. Internet Essentials and Wi-Fi Ready eligibility rules that allow XB6 installation while preventing XB7 and above from being installed where those rules apply. Defects: FDX Tooltip Updated: Updated the FDX Tooltip messaging to include the latest FDX-capable device, XB10. Xfinity Home Rate Codes: The issue causing the Xfinity Home rate codes not to be displayed in the Job View Package details screen has been resolved. Blank Space in Smart Inventory: The UI issue causing an unnecessary blank space to appear when the filter contained multiple values has been resolved. Hunt Group: The issue causing Tech360 to crash when reordering phone numbers in Hunt Group has been resolved. Contract Swipe Navigation: Fixed an issue where an accidental left swipe could restart the contract process, improving the customers’ experience and reducing unnecessary restarts.
