allows user to add profiles where they can write notes and add folders with dates that photos can be added to. A setting can be set so that it will have a max number of photo folders so the oldest one will delete when a new one is added. does not use any external tools or services. made for small businesses to keep records and easily organize files and delete old ones. tested on iphone 13 ios 26.6. not a regulated industry use
