Life in the UK: Study & Test

Life in the UK is the test you sit for British citizenship or settlement: 24 questions in 45 minutes, and 18 of them have to be right. This app is built around the official handbook - Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents, third edition. Every question in it comes from something the handbook actually says. A 20-DAY PLAN Sixteen days of teaching, then four days of mock tests. Each teaching day is a short read, a class of cards, and a short check that mixes the day's own material with whatever you have been getting wrong. Miss a day and nothing is lost - the plan waits where you left it. Read tomorrow's notes early if you want to; you just cannot skip ahead of the work. 362 QUESTIONS The questions candidates report from the real test, in all four of the shapes the real test uses: one answer, pick two, true or false, and which statement is correct. Once you answer, the screen keeps only what matters - your pick, the right answer, and the one thing to remember - so a wrong answer teaches you something. 14 MOCK TESTS 24 questions, 45 minutes, pass at 18 - scored the way the real one is scored. Sit one any time, or let the plan hand you four in the last four days. STUDY YOUR OWN WAY Practice - every question, round after round, until each one has been answered right. Weak Spots - everything you keep getting wrong, gathered in one place. Past tests - every test you have sat, and how each one went. YOURS ALONE No account, no sign-in, no adverts, no tracking, no analytics, and no internet connection needed. The app has no networking code in it at all: nothing you do here can leave your phone. Not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any UK government body. Always check current test requirements on GOV.UK.
