 - Create Absence Request: Employees can submit absence requests by selecting the type, specifying dates, and adding reasons or notes. - Approve/Reject Absence Request: Managers or HR can approve or reject absence requests based on leave balance, policies, or other criteria, updating the request status accordingly. - View Absence History: Employees can view past and future absences, including types and durations. - View Daily Absences: Employees can see who is absent on a selected date, along with their absence types, helping teams plan work and collaboration. - View Leave Balances: Employees can check their remaining leave balances for each type of absence, helping them plan future time off. - Browse Employee Directory: Employees can search and browse all colleagues in the organization, viewing general information, skills, and current projects to find the right people to contact or collaborate with.
