Ivory Halo

People first. Presence in view. Ivory Halo brings community information and camera observations into a shared workspace for the adults who support classrooms, childcare programs, and community organizations. YOUR COMMUNITY, TOGETHER Keep people, rooms, and consent information organized. Search your roster, review confirmed arrivals and departures, and move between the communities you belong to. Team permissions help each person work within their assigned role. A PHOTO. A CLEARER VIEW. Choose a photo for object or face detection. Review the results, then start a tracking session or connect an observation with an appropriate saved profile. Names and attendance rely on staff review and confirmation. MOVEMENT, IN VIEW Start a live camera session and follow observation dots in Vision. Pause capture, review recorded frames, resume an available session, or start a new one. Save useful object names and confirm the tracks you want to label. CONNECTED TO YOUR WORKSPACE Use your Ivory account across mobile and web. Your sign-in can be remembered on your device. During an active foreground camera session, optional location sharing can add the phone's GPS trail to your web workspace. This trail represents the phone's location. MADE FOR RESPONSIBLE USE Camera observations support staff awareness and review. They do not replace supervision or guarantee a person's identity or location. Camera and location permissions are requested for the features that need them; live capture and phone location sharing stop when the session stops or the app leaves the foreground. An Ivory account, an active community, and an internet connection are required for connected features. Availability depends on your community role, plan, configuration, and device. This app is intended for adult staff and authorized community members. Questions? Contact [email protected].
