The live TV now has the option to fast forward when it lags and you need to catch up. You can also minimize the player and continue watching while doing other things on your phone. Thanks!

Then, when you hit “go live,” instead of actually going live, it starts again from where it jumped back. The only way to fix it is to close the app and restart, but after a few seconds, it happens again. It’s such a hassle. Whoever designed this is incompetent. It’s the same issue on both the iPhone and iPad apps. Meanwhile, the Pilipinas Live app doesn’t have this problem but that one doesn’t support PiP.

Then after that, log ins is not being accepted even though you change your password multiple times. I really want to watch PVL and willing to subscribe for premier plan but whenever I tried to log in, either error "check your log in details and try again" or "Your plan is not allowed to access this service" How can I set up the plan when I cannot even log in?

Did everything as per the instructions. Lo and behold, I CANNOT WATCH ANYTHING. It’s like one of those clickbaits where you will actually be asked to pay more so you can watch on the app. I am already paying my monthly subscription so why do I need to pay more for a clunky app? So, NO. I WOULD NOT ADVISE NOR RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE. Piece of garbage.

I’ve logged out and back in, reinstalled the application same error. Does not appear anyone is working on it as the message implies. It’s a shame as this app was great when it worked… please patch and fix this issue.

So you will pay ₱100 plus for premium and another ₱300 plus for premium plus. Unbelievable! I thought I can access Premium Sports and Spot TV after subscribing to Premium plus but apparently no!! Hope you enjoy the money you technically stole from your misled subscribers like me! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! USELESS AND TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!

The account was not recognized even though it was paid to date. Another annoying thing is it having ads. Even though the account is already linked there are still ads. These are not the regular programming ads but these are in app ads.

Very bad customer service and very bad marketing, worst app ever. Will not recommend. Also, they got me scammed into believing i can watch those premiere channels with the higher subscription. Could have just ommitted the channels right away on the app.

My wifi speed is 200mbps so I’m sure this is not an internet connection issue. Such a waste of money paying for the premium but I haven’t benefited from it. If I were you, I will not use this app.
