*TXT (pronounced asterisk text) opens straight to a fresh note. No folders to pick, no titles to fill in. Just start typing. Your text notes are saved as plain .txt files in your own iCloud Drive—yours to keep, open in other apps and use on your own terms. No app account needed. Inspired by Notational Velocity. -Quick capture: Type a quick thought, dictate a note, scan a document, snap a photo or record a voice memo. -Advanced Search: Search across titles, note text, tags and folders, with results as you type. -Comprehensive Import & Export: *TXT supports a variety of files that can then be exported when needed. -Customizable Keyboard: quick actions to suit the way you write. -Always With You: Capture on Mac, iPhone, iPhone Duo, iPad, and Apple Watch.
