Squaretio

Squaretio is a fast, free strategy game for two players on a 6x6 grid. HOW TO PLAY • Take turns coloring an empty cell with your color. • Line up as many cells of your color as you can, horizontally or vertically — diagonals don't count. • A line of L cells scores L² points: 3 cells = 9 points, 4 cells = 16 points. • Bonus: line up exactly 3 cells to earn a bonus, then use it on a later turn to take over one of your opponent's cells. • Each turn lasts 10 seconds. When the grid is full, the player with the most points wins. THREE WAYS TO PLAY • Two players, one screen — pass the device back and forth. • Against the computer — easy, medium or hard. • Online — quick match with a random opponent, a private room with a friend using a short code, or ranked best-of-3 matches with an ELO rating and a public leaderboard. AND MORE • Daily challenge — the same board for everyone each day, one try against the hard computer, a daily leaderboard, streaks and a shareable result. • Friends — add friends by username and invite them straight into a game; rematch in one tap. • Interactive tutorial, undo in practice games, 5x5 / 6x6 / 8x8 boards, sound effects and dark mode.
