Herb Nook Lab

草木間茶研所 · Herb Nook Lab The name Herb Nook is inspired by the Chinese character for tea, which beautifully weaves together nature and humanity. At its heart lies a person— a reminder that tea, like all things, begins with people. We believe everything starts with people: respecting every guest’s feeling, cherishing every partner’s heart. Rooted in nature, driven by experimentation, we explore endless possibilities in tea, coffee, and aroma. Here, freshly brewed ancient-tree teas meet our signature -86 °C Dirty Coffee; the boundary between milk tea and crafted blends gently dissolves. Herb Nook Lab infuses the essence of Eastern herbs into the rhythm of New York, crafting seasonal inspirations that blend nature and chic.
