No account required. CAPTURE BY VOICE OR TEXT Tap the microphone to record and see your words as you speak, or type a thought when you prefer. Choose your speech language, finish after a quiet pause, and keep recordings for playback if you want to. On iOS 18 or later, Siri and Shortcuts actions can start or finish capture. Starting opens MindFox, and iOS may require unlocking. OPTIONAL AI, WITH YOUR WORDS TO CHECK With your permission, Google Gemini helps organize your text. Review takeaways, decisions, ideas, questions, and suggested tasks alongside supporting quotes. Keep the original transcript available to read and edit. TURN A THOUGHT INTO A TASK Add tasks yourself, even with AI off. Set priorities and due dates, move a task to Later, or mark it complete. Choose a reminder when you need one; reminders are never scheduled automatically. FIND AND REVISIT YOUR THOUGHTS Search original words and current task text on your device. Pin important memories, save favorites, and filter by content. Ask My Mind lets you ask questions about saved thoughts and follow answers back to their sources. REVIEW WHAT MATTERS Generate a Digest of themes, progress, decisions, and open items. Choose today, the last 24 hours, the last 7 or 30 days, or all saved history. Select particular memories when you want a focused review. Source coverage shows which material was used. CHOOSE A RANGE. SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS. In Digest, choose a Review range and tap the share icon. Share the saved thoughts, existing insights, original words, and current tasks in that range through the iOS share sheet. Optional memory selections narrow what you share. Sharing saved content does not require a new AI review. Export Text or Markdown, or save a text/data backup. Retained audio can be shared separately; text/data backups do not include recordings. ALL CURRENT FEATURES ARE FREE Capture, tasks, AI organization, Ask My Mind, Digests, and every export range are available without a subscription or in-app purchase. AI is optional and requires internet access. After consent, relevant text is sent to Google Gemini through Firebase; recordings are not sent to Gemini. Apple's speech recognition is separate and may use Apple's servers unless supported on-device-only recognition is selected. AI can make mistakes.
