Chisel AI: Macro Tracker

Chisel is a calorie and macro tracker built to make logging quick. Scan a barcode or search for a food, or with Elite, snap a photo of your meal or just say what you ate. Then see what's left for the day. LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS Tap the Log button and point the camera at a barcode, or search foods, your own foods and recent meals. Foods come from Chisel's own food database, Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central. With Elite, snap a photo of a meal or a nutrition label, type what you ate in your own words, or hold the Log button and say it. Chisel fills in calories, protein, carbs and fat and marks those foods as estimates. Tap any food to change its amount. SEE WHAT'S LEFT TODAY Today shows the calories you have left, each meal, and your protein, carbs and fat against your goals. Tell Chisel whether you want to lose, keep or gain weight, your target weight and your pace, and it sets your daily calories. You can also set calories and macros yourself. COACHING WITH ELITE • A meal that fits: a suggestion from foods you already eat, sized to what's left today. • A weekly review that checks last week's advice against this week. • Meal plans: seven days of meals from foods you already eat. PARTNERS Add a partner and keep each other on track. Partners see each other's points, level, streak and daily totals, and compete each week, Monday to Sunday, for the most points. You earn points once a day for staying within your calorie goal, plus achievements and level-up bonuses. Everyone can have one partner. Elite allows up to 10 and adds partner challenges, each with a point reward and a time limit. If you'd rather go it alone, Solo Sculptor mode hides partners. DOSES Add creatine, a vitamin or a medication. Chisel reminds you at the time you pick, and you mark each dose taken from the reminder, in the app or on your Apple Watch. Chisel keeps the amounts you enter and doesn't give dosing advice. MORE WITH ELITE • Water, sleep, caffeine, alcohol and smoking trackers • Progress photos and full trends • Apple Health: import your weigh-ins and sleep, and see your steps, distance and active energy. Chisel doesn't write anything to Apple Health. APPLE WATCH Chisel on Apple Watch shows your day and lets you log from your wrist. If Elite ends, your meals and weigh-ins stay in your account. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings. Chisel is available in English, Spanish and French.
