I kept rebuilding my timesheet from memory at the end of every month. This is the fix. Add the people you see. Log each visit with a date, a start time, and how long it took, either in hours and minutes or in 15-minute units. Whichever way you enter it, the other format is right there, so there's no maths at the end of the month. Each person gets a calendar, so you can see the days you saw them. The summary adds it all up by week, by month, and by person, in hours and minutes, decimal hours, minutes, or units. Set a goal if that helps you pace the month. When it's time to report, tap share. You get a plain-text summary to paste wherever your hours have to go. No account, no sign-in, no internet connection. Everything stays on your phone.
