UnitBase is the crew app for film and TV productions. Your production invites you by phone number, and you sign in with a text code. No passwords, no set-up. YOUR PASS - One photo pass for the studio gate and the catering line. - It works on the days you are booked, and the code changes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot won't get anyone in. - A coordinator checks your photo once. Gate staff see that approved photo with every scan. YOUR SHOOT DAY - Today's call time, main location, wrap and lunch on the home screen. - The published call sheet, with the weather. - Your schedule by day or month: day type, locations, meals and your own notes. CATERING - Every meal on your shoot days, with the time, the place and the menu. - Catering scans the same pass at the line. One serving per person per meal. FROM YOUR PRODUCTION - News and announcements, documents and Wi-Fi details in one place. - Chat with other crew, share a car to set, and report an issue on set. FOR SECURITY AND CATERING TEAMS - Scan passes at the gate or the lunch line, even without signal. - Every result is clear: allowed or refused, with the reason. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - The code on your pass holds nothing about you. - Your production sees only its own crew. Files are stored in London. - You can delete your account from Profile at any time. UnitBase is for crew invited by a production that uses UnitBase. Without an invitation you cannot sign in.
