Cell Performance Lab

Cell Performance Lab is clinician-led recovery: hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), red light therapy, infrared sauna and cold exposure, assessed and personalised around you. For some members, the results aren't just noticeable — they're life-changing. This is the CELL Method, created by Dr Sara Winchester: Assess, Personalise, Stack, Optimise. Four proven recovery therapies, combined into one system built around you — not a generic package everyone gets. The Cell Performance Lab app puts all of it in your hands, anywhere, anytime. Book in seconds See real-time availability across HBOT, Red Light Pod, Infrared Sauna and our Private Contrast Suite (sauna and ice bath), and lock in your session in a few taps. The app shows exactly what you've used, what you've got left, and when it resets — so you always know where you stand.
