WizardNote Enterprise turns meetings, 1:1s, and interviews into finished minutes. Tap once to record — the app transcribes on device, splits the transcript by speaker, and produces structured minutes with action items. BUILT FOR BUSINESS • Speaker recognition (diarization) runs entirely on device — recordings never leave the phone • Voice sample per speaker + renaming (Person 1 → real name) • Minutes templates: meeting, 1:1, conversation — decisions and action items with owners • Managed App Configuration (MDM): IT preconfigures the AI provider via Intune/Jamf and can lock settings • Deployed via Apple Business Manager; the license is the app purchase — no subscription, no accounts ACCOUNTABILITY • An audit trail on the device: when something was recorded, which model transcribed it, which endpoint the transcript went to for summarisation, and how it ended • The trail never contains the transcript, the summary, the prompt or an API key — metadata only • Chained hashes and a Secure Enclave signature: tampering shows • Retention 30–365 days as set by IT; export to JSONL or CSV • A "Where your data goes" screen shows, from the live configuration, what stays on the device and what leaves for summarisation • Notes label AI content — provider and model in the frontmatter, and a line under the summary stating that a model wrote it PRIVACY FIRST • Transcription and speaker recognition on device (Whisper + CoreML) • No telemetry, no server of ours • Optional AI summaries via your own corporate endpoint (LM Studio/Ollama/gateway), OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure AI Foundry — with explicit in-app consent; keys live in the Keychain only TASKS THAT REACH YOUR SYSTEM • Summaries return a deadline for each task plus the transcript sentence it came from — highlighted in the transcript • Send tasks to Reminders or Calendar in one tap, deadlines included (understands Czech and English) • Tasks are written into the markdown note as "- [ ]" — compatible with Obsidian Tasks OUTPUT • Markdown notes with frontmatter — straight into your chosen folder (Obsidian vault, company storage) • Player with a waveform — scrub by tapping or dragging • Action Button, Control Center, widget, Siri, Live Activity • Shortcuts: find minutes (searches transcripts too), pull the transcript, summary, tasks or the whole note, stop a recording, hand an audio file over for transcription — wire it into company automations without a single API
