Roamnote

Roamnote is a travel diary for the table, not the trip. Most travel apps want everything at once: dates, ratings, categories, receipts. Roamnote asks for the one thing you'll want two years from now — a line about the place, and whether you'd go back — then gets out of the way. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the place. Nearby restaurants, cafés, hotels and sights, or drop a pin. The neighbourhood is filled in for you. • One line. What you ordered, where you sat, who to ask for. • Would you go back? Yes, not sure, no. That answer is what makes the list useful later. • Photo, if you like. From your library or straight from the camera. Full-size stays in Photos; Roamnote keeps a thumbnail. TRIPS AS CHAPTERS Every trip gets a cover — a picture of the destination or your own photo — and a day-by-day timeline. Import from your photo library by trip dates and Roamnote groups the shots into places. NEXT TIME The bakery with the queue round the corner. The rooftop a friend mentioned. Save it in two taps while you're still in the trip. No memory is written; it waits under "Next time" and on your bucket list until you've been. BUCKET LIST Destinations you dream about, with a picture of the place, and the restaurants and sights you want when you get there. Paste a list from Notes and Roamnote turns it into places. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account. Your iCloud is your login. • Works offline, syncs when it can. • When you share a trip, it says "Alfama · Lisbon", never a street number — unless you choose otherwise, per place. • Ratings and opening hours come live from Apple or Google when you look, and are never stored. • No analytics, no advertising identifiers, nothing sold.
