Screen Time Pledge

Pledge helps you win back your time by putting real money on the line. Pick the apps that steal your focus and block them — instantly, on a schedule, or with a daily limit. Then set a pledge: a dollar amount from $1 to $100 that you'd be willing to pay to unlock early. Stick with your block and it costs you nothing. Feel the pull to break it early, and there's a real price to pay. It's a simple idea backed by how motivation actually works: we try harder to avoid a loss than to chase a reward. Pledge turns your own screen-time goals into stakes you can feel. HOW IT WORKS • Choose your apps and how to block them — now, on a schedule, or by daily limit. • Set a pledge amount you'd hate to lose. • Stay committed and pay nothing. Break the block early and pay to unlock. • Track your streaks, reclaimed hours, and progress over time. GIVING BACK Pledge is a business, not a charity — but it gives back. Separately from your purchase, and as its own commitment, Pledge donates an amount equal to 60% of every unlock payment, in its own name, to a registered Australian or New Zealand charity you choose from a curated list in the app. The Giving tab shows the community's total impact. Please note: paying to unlock early is an in-app purchase, not a donation from you. It is not tax-deductible and no receipt is issued to you. Listed charities are not affiliated with Pledge and have not endorsed it; their names are shown in the app for identification only. PRIVACY FIRST Pledge collects no personal data and has no accounts, ads, or trackers. The apps you choose to block stay private on your device using Apple's Screen Time framework. Set the stakes. Take back your time.
