Notifications depend on device permissions and system settings. Open the app regularly to refresh the schedule. Do not rely on it for emergencies. No account or cloud backup is provided. Removing the app or losing your phone can mean losing your records. Ads support the free app and appear in Settings and Stock according to your privacy choices; medication data is not included in ad requests. A paired watch companion can show your daily plan. Confirming a dose requires a reachable phone with Doselyra open; independent watch alarms and offline confirmations are not supported. Doselyra is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Add doctor appointments and reminders, and keep completed or cancelled visits in your history. Choose medicines and a date range to preview a PDF of your dose records and optionally appointment history. Share it with your doctor through the system share sheet. Private notes, doctor names and locations are excluded. There is no doctor account or automatic access. The report reflects your entries, not verified medication intake.
