HomePloty: Plans & Cost Range

HomePloty turns the measurements you enter into layout options, a dimensioned plan and an approximate cost range for a room, an apartment or a plot. The PDF report of your chosen layout is included with every design. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose what to design: Single room, Apartment or Plot to home. 2. Enter measurements in metres. Nothing is generated until you confirm them. 3. Generate and compare. It can take a few minutes; you can ask to be notified when it finishes. 4. Pick a layout, look at the details and download its PDF report. MODES • Single room: enter the room's name, type, shape and measurements; get up to three layout options and a dimensioned 2D plan. • Apartment: add the rooms one by one. Because the rooms' positions relative to each other are not measured, the plan shows them side by side for readability, and the report says so. • Plot to home: enter plot dimensions, setbacks, number of floors and the room program; see three layouts that fit your plot, with massing and elevation drawings. • Idea image from a photo (optional): choose a photo of your room and a style to see an AI-generated idea image of its new look. The image is an idea, not to scale; the photo is processed only with your consent. WHAT YOU GET • Three layout options (A, B, C) side by side. • A dimensioned 2D plan. • An approximate cost range (low, expected, high). Costs use provisional unit prices and are labelled "Provisional price" on screen. • A PDF report: a dimensioned plan, an item list and the cost range for the layout you choose. ONE-TIME PURCHASE PER DESIGN, NO SUBSCRIPTION • Room, Apartment and Plot-to-home designs are one-time in-app purchases; the price is shown before you buy. • A design's images, dimensioned plan, cost range and PDF report are included. • New users can try one idea image from a photo for free. • No subscriptions or auto-renewing payments. • If generation fails, your purchase is kept. PRIVACY • No name, email or phone number; no sign-in. An anonymous account is created when you first open the app. • The photo you choose for an idea image is sent to an outside company's AI service only if you consent. You can withdraw consent in Settings. • If you delete and reinstall the app on the same device, you continue with the same account. • No ads, no tracking. • You can export your data and delete your account inside the app. IMPORTANT NOTICE The layouts, plans and reports HomePloty produces are a conceptual preliminary study. They are not an official architectural project, a building-permit project or an engineering calculation, and do not replace them. The cost range is an approximate estimate, not a quote or a final cost. Results are based on the measurements you enter; they are not verified on site.
