RAYS

RAYS is more than just fitness. It’s a philosophy. A mindset. A movement. Designed by Sofia Rays and born from a personal journey of healing and heart, RAYS helps you transform not just how you look — but how you feel, think, and live. After experiencing heart surgery and learning to live with arrhythmias, Sofia discovered something extraordinary: the power of alignment. Alignment between body, mind and purpose. That’s where the RAYS method was born — a life-changing framework to train your body, elevate your energy, and shift your entire outlook on life. RAYS brings this transformation to you, wherever you are. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or searching for deeper fulfilment, RAYS offers a curated blend of fitness, mindfulness, and self-love — all in one beautiful, accessible app. What You’ll Experience Inside RAYS: Mind-Body Fitness Train your body with guided video sessions crafted by Sofia herself.
