OneFlow Inspection

OneFlow Inspection App is a cutting-edge digital Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) system designed to drive additional sales opportunities for automotive workshops across the U.S. By seamlessly integrating into daily operations, OneFlow Inspection enables garages to identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities as vehicles pass through their service bays. With a quick yet comprehensive inspection process, service teams can assess vehicle conditions, generate quotes directly from the OneFlow Inspection Web client, and instantly send them to customers via email or SMS for approval through the Online Authorization portal. Beyond immediate sales, OneFlow Inspection automates follow-ups to enhance customer retention, maximize lifetime value, and ensure a superior service experience. From the moment a vehicle is booked into service, OneFlow Inspection boosts productivity and efficiency, providing customers with complete transparency on recommended repairs. By categorizing issues into red (urgent) and amber (medium-term) priorities, the system presents findings clearly, consistently, and professionally, improving customer trust and increasing parts and labor sales. No workshop should be without it.
