BarnNote

A good day on the homestead starts with knowing who needs what. BarnNote is a warm, practical record book for the animals you care for. Made for sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, horses, donkeys, rabbits, chickens and ducks, BarnNote supports individual animals and groups or flocks in one place. KEEP THEIR STORY TOGETHER Save names, tags, photos, notes and important dates. Record weights, vaccinations, deworming and other care. Keep future reminders separate from care that actually happened. FOLLOW THE NEXT GENERATION Record breeding and exposure dates, pregnancy checks, births and hatches. Link offspring to their dam and sire, keep unknown parentage clear, and distinguish genetic parents from the animal providing care. A RECORD BOOK THAT GOES OUTSIDE After signing in and downloading your farm, view and enter core records offline. Saved changes stay on your device until you reconnect. Review changes that need attention before they become part of the shared record. BRING THE FARM TOGETHER Keep production, basic income and expenses, locations and quarantine notes alongside animal records. Invite helping hands with appropriate access. Financial and contact information stays limited to the farm's owner and managers. START WITH FREE Track up to 15 active individual animals and 2 groups, with newborn grace. Core recordkeeping, reminders, offline access, photos, sharing, full data exports and backup restore are included. Free includes an owner, one caretaker and up to five viewers. GROW WITH BARNNOTE PRO An optional subscription expands capacity to 500 individual animals and 50 groups, with up to five editors including the owner. Pro also adds bulk care and weight entry, care plans, trends and reports, family-tree and pedigree PDFs, CSV import tools, and larger photo and storage allowances. Pro applies to one farm. BarnNote is available in English for iPhone and iPad. An internet connection is needed for initial sign-in, synchronization, invitations and purchases. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS BarnNote Pro is available monthly or yearly. Prices and any eligible free trial are shown before you confirm with Apple.
