BookTool is the booking app for on-site work. Every appointment is backed by a deposit and an arrival that is verified by location, so a booking means something to both sides. Cleaning services, home repair, inspections, mobile health, and other mobile teams lose real money to no-shows and last-minute cancellations. BookTool closes that gap: the client holds the slot with a deposit, the provider confirms arrival on site during the booked window, and the payment settles once the visit is verified. HOW IT WORKS - Set your availability. Add your services, service areas and open slots. Clients book only the times you offer. - Protect the booking. Request a deposit to hold the slot, so a no-show does not cost you your day. - Verify on arrival. Check-in on-site, and the app confirms arrival by location within the booked time window. - Get paid. Once the visit is verified, the payment settles. ARRIVAL VERIFICATION BookTool confirms that both sides were at the agreed address during the approved window. Verification is time-stamped and logged, so there is an honest record if anyone disputes what happened. Check-in can be done via GPS geofence or manually, depending on how each job is set up. CANCELLATION PROTECTION Set your own cancellation rules and amount. Clients see the policy before they book, so expectations are clear on both sides and reserved time does not go unpaid. CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING Single and recurring appointments, rescheduling in a few taps, service addresses, and upcoming check-in windows in one calendar, with sync to the calendar already on your device. LIVE ETAs AND NOTIFICATIONS Share your live ETA and arrival alerts with the other side. Automatic reminders cut down on missed connections and last-minute cancellations. SECURE PAYMENTS Deposits and payouts run through Stripe. BookTool never holds your funds: the payment provider holds the deposit until the visit is verified. PRIVACY YOU CONTROL Location is used only to verify an arrival during an approved appointment window, not in the background and not all day. Both sides consent at booking, and you can turn location sharing off at any time. We keep only what a verification needs, for a limited period. FOR PROVIDERS Publish your availability, set deposit and cancellation rules, manage your clients, follow your earnings and payouts, and see your day at a glance on the dashboard. FOR CLIENTS Book a local provider, hold your slot with a deposit, follow the ETA in real time, and know that the deposit protects you if the provider does not show up.
