BlueTurtleLive

BlueTurtleLive is the quiet partner for independent wine & spirits shops — it turns your own sales and inventory into a plain-English plan for the day, right on your phone. BlueTurtleLive is a staff tool for licensed retail businesses. It does not sell alcohol — there is no storefront, no cart, and no way to order or buy anything through the app. Signing in with an account issued by the store is required, so it isn't usable by the general public. Everything you see is the shop's own stock and its own numbers. Connected to your store's BlueTurtleLive account, the app reads your real numbers and tells you what actually needs doing: • Dashboard — sales, profit and pace to goal, inventory value and stock status, cash flow risk and your order budget, in swipeable cards, with Daily Priorities ranked by the dollars at stake. • Order Queue — a Priority Buy List sized to how fast each bottle really sells, inside your budget, plus volume breaks, category overlap and split cases. Mute any product from reordering. • Purchase Orders — the wholesale orders your shop sends to its distributors, from draft to sent. • Look up — scan a barcode or label, or type a name, to pull up any bottle with its sales, stock and forecast, and wholesale market prices for stores that use market pricing. • Inventory and Cash Tied Up — see the slow and overstocked bottles quietly holding your money, and what to do with each one. • Store Checkup — a full, plain-language read on the business: what's growing, what needs a decision, and the next step. • Price Optimization — shelf-price suggestions, with every price change tracked. • Product Monitor — watch a wine's wholesale price and availability. • Focus Groups and Tastings & Events — group your existing customers for your own newsletter, and plan in-store events. • Multi-store owners — open the Portfolio Console to see every store you own side by side. Built for the shop floor: sign in once, glance at what matters, act. Every recommendation is a suggestion — you always decide. BlueTurtleLive is made for retailers who use the BlueTurtleLive service, so you'll need a store account to sign in. New to BlueTurtleLive? Visit blueturtle.live. Know your stock. Grow your business.
