BackBison.com automates the office work of your company: orders, invoices, payments, reports and deliveries. This app shows on your phone what it does and what needs you. WHAT IS BACKBISON.COM Your company already has an ERP, e-mail and Excel. But between them, the office still works by hand: orders typed again, invoices matched in Excel, reports that come late. That is the work we automate. • Tailored to your company, on the systems you already use. You keep your ERP and your e-mail. • We start with one task, the one that takes most of your hours. The first result comes in weeks. • You tell us how you work. The technical part is ours, and we keep it running. • AI is one piece: it reads e-mails and documents. The steps are fixed and a person decides what matters. • Your company's data is kept apart from any other company's. WHAT YOU DO WITH THE APP • Home: what your company's automations did today and what is waiting for a person. • Notifications: a push when something needs you. Tap it and you land on the exact page. • Review: what an automation could not finish alone, with the reason. You resolve it or ask for a retry. • Your company's lists on the phone, for example invoices that need attention or new potential clients. • Invite your people by e-mail. Each person sees only what their job needs. • Sign in with your BackBison.com e-mail, then with Face ID or your fingerprint. If you work with several companies, switch between them. IF YOUR COMPANY GAVE YOU ACCESS Sign in with the e-mail you were invited with and you see only your part. For example, a driver sees their visits of the day and nothing else. EXAMPLES OF CASES A COMPANY CAN HAVE Each company chooses its cases. Installing the app does not turn them on: in the app you see only those of your company. • Orders by e-mail: they are read and enter the ERP waiting for approval. Those with doubts go to a person, with the reason. • Supplier invoices: matched with the order and the delivery note. One that does not match goes to review. • Deliveries and visits: each driver or technician sees their visits of the day in "Today" and closes them with photos, the customer's signature and a short checklist. Without signal the app keeps working and sends everything when the network is back. If they open an incident, the office gets a notification. • Potential clients: every morning, new companies that fit what you sell, ready to review. • Collections: overdue invoices are found every day and the reminder goes out in the tone you choose.
